Project: 70 t capacity AHC Crane for offshore and subsea lifting operations.
Our scope: Installation of electrical and hydraulic systems
The crane construction was delivered in separate sections, and our responsibility was to integrate the components into a fully functional system. Our scope included:
- Integration of key sections: Crane Cabin, Crane King, Main Winch, Main Boom, Knuckle Boom, and Safelift system, followed by preparation for testing
- Installation of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Modifications to cable routing and layout
- Cable installation and test connections
- Coordination of on-site work and problem-solving during assembly
- Procurement of necessary materials
- Final preparation of the crane for functional and safety testing
